1. Who publishes this site

Full details are in the legal notice. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What the site is

This site publishes editorial articles about video games, funded by advertising. It is free to read. There is no registration, no account, no subscription and no payment of any kind on this site. Nothing here is an offer to sell you anything: where a page recommends a product, it links to the advertiser, and any purchase or registration happens on the advertiser's site under the advertiser's terms.

3. Permitted use

You may read, print and quote from this site for personal or editorial purposes, with attribution and a link. You may not:

• republish substantial parts of the content without written permission;
• use automated means to overload, scrape at a disruptive rate, or interfere with the site;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server or to any part of the site;
• present the content as your own, or remove the advertising disclosures from it.

4. Accuracy, and the limits of it

We write carefully, date our articles, name the author and list our sources. Even so, this site describes software that changes continuously. Ships are rebalanced, prices change, modes come and go. Everything published here describes the position at the time of writing.

Where anything on this site differs from the information published by the game's own publisher or operator, the publisher's own information prevails. Check the official site and the in-game client before relying on any detail that matters to you.

5. Partner links and advertising

Pages on this site contain partner links. If you register with an advertiser after following one, BRSM s.r.o. may receive a commission. This is disclosed at the top of each page carrying such links, in a box directly under the headline, on the button itself and in a note beneath the button. It costs you nothing and does not affect what you are offered. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We try to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the moment you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it was last changed.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Czech law and by applicable European Union law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts. Disputes not settled directly may be submitted to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, or to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) as the competent out-of-court dispute resolution body.
